Greetings, iam Kimberly Knab, Don’t work too hard.

Ugh, it’s so hot out here and the temperature is so low! I don’t know how I’m supposed to stay cool. It’s like a sauna in here! Yikes. Talk about a heat wave - this is ridiculous. I mean, it’s not even summer yet and already I’m feeling like I’m melting away. Sheesh! If only there was some way to beat the heat…

Why Is My Body Temperature Low But I Feel Hot? [Solved]

Feelin’ feverish? It could be a sign of a fever, but it’s also possible to feel hot and not have an actual temperature. There could be other factors at play, like medical conditions, hormones, or lifestyle. Bottom line: don’t ignore it!

  1. Temperature: The temperature of the environment can affect how hot you feel. Lower temperatures can make you feel hotter than higher temperatures.

  2. Clothing: Wearing clothing that is too tight or too heavy can cause your body to heat up and make you feel hot.

  3. Humidity: High humidity levels in the air can cause your body to retain more heat, making you feel hotter than usual.

  4. Activity Level: Being active increases your body temperature, which can make you feel hot even if the temperature outside is low.

  5. Sun Exposure: Spending time in direct sunlight will increase your body temperature and make you feel hot even if it’s cold outside.

I’m feeling hot even though the temperature is low - it’s weird! I mean, it’s not like I’m burning up or anything, but still…it’s kinda strange.
